Delivery To Your Door
- Our aim is to only offer products on our website which we actually have in stock, so that there are no delays in sending your order to you. If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund your money straight away.
- We despatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your order, via a standard Royal Mail, UK Mail Next Day or DHL Economy Road/Air services. UK orders should be received within 3-5 working days of placing the order, excluding bank holidays. European and International orders are likely to take longer to arrive.
- Next Day Delivery - we offer an express delivery service for UK mainland customers. This service is provided by UK Mail and is available Monday to Friday on orders placed before 1pm. Please note that these deliveries do need to be signed for. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at additional charge.
When your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you of this. If the parcel has been sent on a Next Day or other Signed for service, the tracking number will be detailed on this email.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please advise us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. International customers are advised to allow 14 days for delivery.
Our free Super Saver delivery service is available for UK customers on all orders over £5.00. *Orders of £4.99 or under will incur a standard delivery charge of £4.95.
If you would like to receive your goods earlier, we offer an Express delivery (next working day) service for UK mainland customers only at a charge of £4.95. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Express orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
European Delivery (including Channel Islands)
The postage charge for countries in the European Union is £10.95 and will be sent via a DHL Economy Road service.
International (outside EU)
The postage charge for International deliveries outside the European Union is £15.95 and will be sent via a DHL Air service.
You may return items to us, at any time within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred) if the item is “as new”. We class “as new” condition as unused and packaged as dispatched.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 28 days of purchase detailing your original order number and details of the problem. We will assess the issue immediately and, where necessary, arrange for repatriation of the goods for inspection. If the item subsequently deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will process a refund or replacement order within 7 days.
Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent incorrect goods in error or if an item returned for inspection is deemed faulty. We recommend that you send returns by Royal Mail Recorded (covers you up to £30) or Special Delivery (covers you up to £500). Always retain proof of postage as you may be asked for this prior to processing your return.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt. Once we have inspected the goods and subject to the foregoing, we will process a refund.
Please note: All shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Exchange orders may take up to 14 days to process. Therefore we recommend that if you require exchange items, you should place a new order on the website – this will ensure you get exactly what you require, and faster! Unwanted items can then be returned for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned items, after they have been fully inspected and accepted by our Returns team.
This Returns policy is in addition to, and exceeds, your Statutory Rights.
Customers' statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms of trading. In the event of any dispute, English law shall apply.
